Job Summary
Manage a mix of transactions, advice & counsel, and litigation spanning water rights, Clean Water Act, CEQA, Brown Act, eminent domain, public finance, infrastructure, government procurement, construction, prevailing wage, real estate, legislative drafting, and the Government Claims Act. Work directly with partners on statewide projects involving public agencies and environmental law, including legislative drafting and infrastructure development. Collaborate with senior attorneys in the Los Angeles office approximately three to four days a week while maintaining remote flexibility. Submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample or deal sheet to apply.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in public agency and/or environmental law

- CA Bar required
