Job Summary
Manage security aspects of SCIFs, SAP facilities, and co-use facilities while supporting STO, SAP, and SCI functions. Conduct CAB indoctrinations for U.S. and multinational personnel, process access requests, and provide SAP briefings and in-processing support. Maintain Top Secret control accounts, develop procedures for classified information safeguarding, and coordinate foreign national processing for Red Flag exercises. Investigate suspected loss or compromise of classified information and conduct security self-inspections. Support classified warfare planning and exercise briefings, including possible VDO shifts. Requires three years of security management experience, Top Secret clearance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting security management support for TS/SCI, STO, and SAP programs supporting joint or multinational exercises.
- Knowledge of physical, personnel, industrial, information, STO, SAP, SCI, and collateral security disciplines.
- Knowledge of IJSTO CJCSI policies, CAB Management Plans, security concepts of operations, and STO requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP/SCI guidance and policy at ACC, USAFWC, DIA, 57 WG, DoD Manual 5205.07, and other applicable DoD guidance.
- Knowledge of personnel security administration, program access processing, foreign national coordination, and access-control/badging systems.
- Basic knowledge of COMSEC policies, operating instructions, and emergency action plans.
- Experience in Specialty Code/Series 0080 or at least one year of classified vault management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI, STO, and SAP access.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
