Job Summary
Coordinate government print and mailing programs; generate and distribute daily production and mailing reports, maintain tracking of job status and completion metrics, create daily production releases, and prepare invoicing packages for government clients. Act as a liaison between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders, resolving data discrepancies and ensuring timely execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requires 1+ years in project coordination, operations, or production; strong data entry and reporting skills; proficiency with Excel; familiarity with ERP/workflow systems; and ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or production environments
- Strong data entry and reporting proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, and tracking)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in print, mailing, or production environments is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP/workflow systems (e.g., PACE, Veracore, or ShipStore) is preferred
- Experience with government contracts or regulated workflows is preferred
- Will be required to complete and pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
