Government Relations Officer

Job Summary
Act as the primary liaison between Mobiz and government agencies in KSA; manage licenses, permits, and official approvals; ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and immigration procedures; monitor government policies; prepare facilities for inspections and audits; coordinate with internal teams to meet government standards; represent the company during regulatory visits; build relationships with key government stakeholders; handle documentation and renewals including visas and iqama; support HR and administrative teams with official government documentation; requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in government relations, fluency in Arabic and English, and strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills; hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Government Relations Officer or in a similar role in KSA
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently with government portals and online services (e.g., Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI)
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
