Job Summary

Act as the Subject Matter Expert in RTX Mission Area and program operations, integrating a culture of improvement and efficiency to drive innovative solutions at the front end of contracting related to customer assets. Communicate with customers and internal teams to shape proactive relationships, while developing and delivering awareness topics to educate all levels of the Mission Areas and the organization. Facilitate forward-thinking initiatives to streamline and integrate processes, incorporating best-in-class reliable solutions for customer and enterprise requirements. Collaborate daily with other teams, programs, and business partners to maintain organizational goals and influence a consistent approach to managing Government and customer property.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum eight (8) years prior relevant experience
  • Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience
  • Experience with either Government Property, Supply Chain, or Operations

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM, and asset tracking systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), disclosure statements and Sarbanes Oxley
  • Experience communicating with Program Managers, Directors, functional leadership, customer representatives and government agencies about property activities/lifecycle
  • Experience with team building, conflict resolution and relationship management to create an effective partnering environment that includes credibility, respect, and trust
  • Experience motivating employees while driving change
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure that RMD business needs are met
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers, customers, and team members
  • Previous experience with DoD requirements
