Job Summary
Oversee a group of government projects linked by shared organizational goals, providing consistent governance, standard application, and global status reporting to enforce baseline quality requirements. Direct project scope and schedule based on contractual obligations, setting clear objectives and deadlines while interpreting progress against budgets and strategic objectives. Create alignment across multiple teams, solve problems by diving into details to create action plans, and track risks to ensure project success. Manage GFP/GFE accountability for government contracts, ensuring all activities adhere to CUI, OPSEC, and safety policies while maintaining documentation.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree
- PMP Certification
- 10 years industrial/government experience
- Contract management execution
- Ability to read and interpret government contracts and solicitations
- Knowledgeable on CUI and OPSEC requirements
- Capable of successful attainment of CAC card if needed
- Experience with government data entry utilizing government web based systems
- Quality orientation and attention to detail
- Problem analysis and problem resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High Performance teams and strong team player
- Able to work with little guidance
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, including design for manufacture ability and lean manufacturing
- Able to perform troubleshooting and maintenance and repair tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some travel required
- Travel required for project support, mostly in an outdoor environment
- Proper lifting techniques required
- Knowledgeable in regard to the safety policies and procedures of the Company
- Employee must adhere to all said policies and procedures
- Employee is responsible for complying with company hazardous waste disposal procedures
Desired Qualifications
