Job Summary
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives while supporting teams delivering AI, data analytics, and digital modernization solutions. Work closely with Program Managers and Task Leads to plan government deliverables, remove impediments, and coordinate cross-team collaboration. Track Agile metrics and performance indicators to support transformation initiatives across federal programs. Requires on-site presence five days a week with an active Secret security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting Agile development environments in federal or DoD programs
- Scrum Master certification
- Active Secret security clearance
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week
- Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
- Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Agile delivery for AI, data analytics, or digital modernization programs within DoD or federal government environments
- Strong knowledge of SAFe, DevSecOps, and Agile performance metrics
- Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced government programs
- Previous customer service experience
