Job Summary
Oversee daily, weekly, and payroll-close timecard audits, ensuring timely processing, issue resolution, and accurate corrections for government program timekeeping systems. Manage timesheet adjustments, vendor and customer set-up edits, and employee training on proper timekeeping practices. Review case outcomes to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance across operations and finance. Support high-volume or high-risk operational periods as needed while remaining hands-on for urgent case processing. Uphold core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork, reporting any quality problems to senior management for corrective action.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in professional accounting / finance role
- Former exposure to government program timecard processing
- Quantitative analytical skills including ability to review and analyze Payroll reports
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Deltek Costpoint ERP experience, preferred
