Job Summary

Prepare documentation, dock receipts, bills of lading, export declarations, and invoices based on military specifications. Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery while communicating with end users. Communicate with Transportation and Contracting Officers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates. Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of military command/control, procurement processes, and operational requirements. Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment requiring strong client service and multi-tasking skills. This role supports Crane's mission as a leader in logistics.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in related field
  • Minimum 4 years related experience
  • Strong working knowledge of military command/control, procurement processes and operational requirements
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
  • Use of audio-visual equipment is required
  • Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
  • Job may require presence on-site at the assigned work location
  • We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
  • This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify Check

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred
  • Military experience preferred, especially in Military Logistics/Procurement
