Job Summary
Monitor public policy, healthcare reforms, and regulatory developments across Central Latin America, translating insights into actionable market intelligence for leadership. Build and sustain relationships with high-level decision-makers, including payers, policymakers, and industry association leaders, while developing data-driven market access strategies aligned with regional priorities. Lead analysis of healthcare market data, public procurement, and reimbursement databases to identify commercial opportunities and financial risks. Drive external advocacy initiatives focused on Value-Based Healthcare and collaborate on strategic value-proposition alignment for public tenders. Represent the company in medical device industry chambers and public forums to influence the health ecosystem. This field-based role operates in a flex model in Bogotá.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineer, Political Science, International Relations, Health Economics, Health Outcomes Research, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Public Health, or related fields
- Five years of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within public policy, government affairs, institutional relations, market access, or strategic market intelligence roles
- Three years of experience navigating the specific health systems and regulatory landscapes of Central Latin America within the medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other regulated healthcare industries
- Strong ability to apply data analytics to healthcare challenges, translating complex information into clean business insights and executive presentations
- Experience working in pharma or medical devices industries
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge with MS Office
