Job Summary
Hybrid Government Contracts & Proposals Specialist responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing compliant bids, organizing contract documentation, and overseeing field and office-based project execution for construction and facilities projects across New York and New Jersey. Manage full lifecycle of government-funded projects—from opportunity identification and bid submissions to contract compliance, vendor/ subcontractor coordination, and project tracking in Google Workspace. Requires experience with NYC PASSPort, government agencies (NYCHA, SCA, PANYNJ), estimating and cost tracking, and strong collaboration with finance, field teams, and clients; proficient in documents management, scheduling, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field
