Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive program plans aligning with federal contract objectives and government requirements. Lead and oversee the National Program Management Team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence. Manage program budgets, monitor financial performance, and forecast future resource needs while maintaining strict compliance with contractual and organizational financial controls. Oversee all aspects of physical security operations, including access control, security systems, training programs, and emergency response procedures, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. This federal government contract manager role requires ten years of supervisory experience in law enforcement or security operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory, management, and operational experience in law enforcement and/or the security industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of physical security operations, including security administration, access control, security systems, training, and security best practices
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Comprehensive understanding of use-of-force policies, civil disturbance procedures, tactical response operations, computer systems, and security operations management
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
