Job Summary
FOIA Analyst to support a US Federal Government client with analytical, administrative, and program support across FOIA, Privacy Act, FACA, and Section 508 accessibility compliance programs. Responsibilities include records management activities (inventories, file plans, retention schedules, disposition, lifecycle), governance and content management (SharePoint, electronic repositories), meeting coordination, action-item tracking, SOP/documentation development, and systematic reporting and metrics. Requires collaboration with government personnel and stakeholders, strong analytical and technical writing skills, familiarity with Federal information governance, and ability to pass a background/Public Trust review. Citizenship is required for employment; direct hire as a W2 employee; no H1B sponsorship provided; remote or hybrid work environment with potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience supporting Federal Government programs, records management, information management, FOIA, administrative operations, content management, correspondence management, or related business functions.
- Experience supporting records management, information governance, correspondence management, document management, or administrative support activities.
- Experience conducting research, analysis, documentation development, and report preparation.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
