Job Summary

FOIA, Records Management, FACA, and Section 508 accessibility Analyst provides analytical, administrative, and program support for Federal information governance, correspondence management, records management, FOIA, Privacy Act, FACA, and Section 508 accessibility compliance programs. The Analyst supports Government program offices through research, document management, records lifecycle activities, correspondence tracking, workflow analysis, policy implementation, compliance monitoring, content management (including SharePoint), accessibility reviews, and process improvement. Responsibilities include supporting FOIA/Privacy Act program activities, records inventories and retention schedules, meeting coordination for FACA, document reviews and organization, action-item tracking, research of Federal regulations, SOP development, SOP updates, reporting, and transition planning. Section 508 responsibilities cover accessibility testing/remediation and ensuring document accessibility features. Required qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of federal program experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred qualifications include experience with FOIA programs, FACA, Section 508, SharePoint, and familiarity with NARA requirements. Work environment allows remote or hybrid arrangements as authorized by the client; periodic travel may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience supporting Federal Government programs, records management, information management, FOIA, administrative operations, content management, correspondence management, or related business functions
  • Experience supporting records management, information governance, correspondence management, document management, or administrative support activities
  • Experience conducting research, analysis, documentation development, and report preparation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Must be able to pass Federal background investigation/Public Trust review
  • No sponsorship for H-1B (cannot sponsor)
