Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in government contracting
- Experience with FAR and CAS
- Experience leading a team and owning client relationships
- Public accounting, consulting, or outsourced accounting background
- Experience with government contract accounting software (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Unanet)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
