Lead and mentor a team in government contracting accounting for a Top 50 accounting and advisory firm, overseeing full-cycle accounting, cost allowability/allocability, and invoicing for various contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF) under FAR/DCAA; provide strategic financial insights, stay current on regulations, and develop forward pricing budgets while managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of government contracting experience
- FAR and CAS knowledge
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or Unanet
- Experience leading a team and client relationships
- Strong analytical and communication skills
