Job Summary
Conduct daily life orchestration for a 10-year-old daughter while serving as a Personal Assistant and Butler to the mother. Manage the child's wardrobe, academic schedule, and social affairs by liaising with teachers and instructors to ensure homework completion. Implement structured daily routines, entertain the child, and coordinate ad-hoc tasks within a fully staffed household. Work six days a week with designated downtime, sharing a room with the child during travel. Maintain strict confidentiality and report to high-powered Principals and Family Offices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals
- Experience reporting to high-powered Principals & Family Offices
- Acting as a Personal Assistant to the mother
- Acting as the mother & child's Butler
- Organizing the mother & child's wardrobes
- Keeping on top of the child's daily schedule and social affairs
- Supporting the child's daily life and implementing structure
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks
- Ensuring that homework is fully completed
- Serving as a point of contact liaising with teachers and instructors
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in this role
- Fluent in English
- An eye for detail, being meticulous and highly organised

Desired Qualifications
- Speaking one Eastern European language
- One Eastern European language would be a massive advantage
