Job Summary
Senior GRC Consultant/Business Analyst to own and enhance an enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of complex GRC workflows to automate risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes. Translate GRC requirements into functional solutions through collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. Drive platform reviews, health checks, and continuous improvements; lead integration with external systems such as SIEM and HRMS for data sharing and analytics. Manage changes, upgrades, and patches to ensure stability; mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on GRC functionalities. Generate advanced reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making. Strong client interaction skills and high fluency in English are required.

- Experience with GRC platforms (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream)
