Job Summary
Remote, full-time Governance & Investment Review Board (IRB) Analyst role supporting USDA FPAC governance. Responsibilities include developing agendas, maintaining backlog, drafting meeting minutes, tracking actions, and preparing technical documentation; maintaining Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates; facilitating out-of-cycle votes and coordinating budget reviews; supporting business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests; attending IRB meetings and tracking IT spend; reviewing Excel-based Spend Plan reports; maintaining KPI reports. Required experience includes 5+ years with federal governance boards, budgeting/forecasting, IT governance, SharePoint administration, MS Office, and ability to create executive-level presentation materials. USDA experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards
- USDA experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines
- Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience preparing high-visibility, executive-level presentation materials
- Experience with USDA preferred
