Governance Controller: Operations

Conduct independent testing of processes, procedures, and controls throughout the region, providing detailed feedback to line management and agreeing on corrective action plans with deadlines. Collaborate with the Governance Controller Systems team to maximize automated governance and work with the Company Governance Manager to align the annual testing plan with the company risk profile. Leverage outstanding analysis skills to generate business insights on risks, controls, and potential solutions, translating large volumes of information into succinct, actionable points for management. Requires a BCom or equivalent with 2-3 years of operational finance experience, plus previous governance and control experience.
