Job Summary
Coordinate Board and management-level committee meetings, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and drafting agendas, resolutions, and minutes. Administer Boardvantage and entity management software while maintaining shareholder ledgers, stock records, and corporate filing documentation. Support corporate transactions such as M&A and securitization, manage sensitive contracts, and conduct initial ethics reviews. Provide legal support for HR matters, litigation, and intellectual property requests. Work full-time during business hours with minimal absences.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in governance, legal support or a similar role
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong MS Word skills
- Must enjoy helping others develop and succeed in a team-based environment
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
