Job Summary
Support the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Corporate Legal with executive administrative functions, including managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and arranging logistics for board meetings and committee events. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, resolutions, and minutes while maintaining accurate corporate records, entity files, and governance documentation. Administer governance systems, process invoices and purchase orders, and track action items from governance meetings. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of regulatory filings and entity management activities. Handle confidential information with discretion while providing executive presence to senior leadership and board members.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- paralegal certificate or equivalent legal, compliance, or corporate governance experience a plus

- Experience coordinating board or executive-level meetings, events, travel, and logistics in a professional services environment preferred
- Familiarity with board processes, corporate records, resolutions, minutes, legal entity maintenance, and governance best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
