Job Summary

Coordinate governance planning, meeting coordination, documentation, records management, communications, and day-to-day administrative requirements for the First Nation School Board's senior leadership and Community Committee Advisor. Prepare timely meeting packages, minutes, correspondence, and logistics to ensure committees and leadership are well supported, while serving as a backup first point of contact for staff and visitors. Maintain strong organization, discretion, and attention to detail when collaborating across schools, communities, and departments to reflect FNSB values and respect local First Nations histories, cultures, and priorities.
