Gourmet Coffee Attendant

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inputting orders into the cash register and collecting payment. Take orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages. Bus coffee cart areas, clean dishes and work surfaces, and obtain change for the expected business level. Count the bank at shift end, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure receipts. Ensure appliances are turned on or off at appropriate times. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and complete required training.
