Job Summary
Conduct festival bar service during 8-15 hour shifts at Gottwood Festival in North Wales from June 8 to 11. Manage customer interactions while utilizing the TWG Staff app to book and track shifts. Provide reliable support during the event, ensuring punctuality and clear communication with the team. Maintain personal camping equipment for on-site accommodation. Required Qualifications
- 18+ to work at these events
- Own a smartphone (to use our app)
- Have good customer service skills
- Have a 'can do' positive attitude
- Are punctual and committed to the shifts booked
- Are good communicators
- Must have your own camping equipment and be comfortable camping at a festival
