Job Summary
Perform full cycle accounting for client/real estate operations, including analysis of accounts, cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable, accruals and reconciliations. Prepare timely financial reporting packages in accordance with internal controls and client requirements; organize high-volume workload; research and analyze using data management tools and spreadsheets. Communicate accounting issues with clients and operations teams, escalate when needed, and ensure compliance with company policies. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information; collaborate with Financial Manager, Property/Facility Managers, and stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies and provide recommendations. Requires typically a college degree in Finance or Accounting and 1–3 years of experience; strong Excel and data analytics skills; experience with Yardi or similar software preferred.
