Job Summary
Research and analyze TopTutorJob's current recruitment operations, website content, and technical structure while understanding the international teacher recruitment market and competitor SEO strategies. Assist the CEO in designing and planning the site's SEO content strategy, setting 6, 12, and 18-month goals, and collaborate with the IT team to execute annual new website development and SEO initiatives. Conduct monthly performance analysis of the website and SEO metrics to propose modifications. This role supports the mission of attracting outstanding educators to China and requires 2+ years of Google SEO experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with Google Analytics and Console. Work is primarily remote, scheduled for evenings and weekends, with compensation based on hourly rates plus quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
