Job Summary
Migrate a customer-facing conversational AI solution from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX) by developing, configuring, and implementing chatbot functionality within the target platform. Troubleshoot and resolve chatbot functionality issues during migration and testing while supporting deployment, testing, and production readiness efforts. Participate in Agile development ceremonies, technical reviews, and solution design discussions to deliver project milestones and assist in ensuring successful adoption of the upgraded platform. Fully remote position available during Central Time business hours through December 31.
Required Qualifications
- Google Dialogflow development experience
- Conversational AI or chatbot implementation experience
- Software migration or platform upgrade experience
- Application development experience
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within collaborative development teams
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms
- Must be available during Central Time business hours
- Additional background screening and fingerprinting required prior to start
