Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform technologies, focusing on integrating the LLM playbook feature and standard Dialogflow CX functionalities. Craft clean, maintainable code and build custom components to optimize the chatbot ecosystem. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements, leveraging NLP/ML techniques (including TTS, STT, and SSML) to enable intelligent user interactions and seamless data exchange with databases and APIs. Stay current with AI trends and continuously improve implementations. Requires 4+ years of hands-on Google Cloud Bot framework experience, NLP/ML expertise, strong debugging skills, and a bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework (or similar)
- Proficient in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX and traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with programming languages such as Python and/or JavaScript (Nice to have)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
- Proficient in Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots across cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in distributed environments
- Familiarity with TTS, STT, and SSML
