Job Summary
Google DialogFlow Engineer to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform. Build scalable conversational AI solutions, create custom components/tools for chatbot ecosystems, integrate backend systems and databases, and apply NLP/ML techniques including TTS, STT, and SSML to enable intelligent user interactions. Responsibilities include crafting clean, maintainable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern cloud-native architectures, and staying current with AI advancements. Requires 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework and strong Python backend skills; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; plus expertise in NLP/NLU/ML and Dialogflow CX playbooks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Strong Python backend development experience
- Proficiency in NLP/NLU/ML and conversational AI
- Experience with Dialogflow CX and LLM playbook features
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and SaaS applications
- SQL experience and relational databases
- Ability to integrate web services and APIs
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting in distributed environments
