Job Summary
Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for complex enterprise issues across Vertex AI, Gemini, and Vertex AI Agent Builder, serving as the bridge between frontline associates and Google Product Engineering. Manage P1/P2 crises by delivering technical root-cause analyses directly to enterprise customers while accelerating L1 and L2 teams. Troubleshoot distributed systems logs, debug Python code, and analyze API failures using Cloud Logging and Monitoring. Handle escalations and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve high-severity incidents involving BigQuery, IAM, and Cloud Storage. Requires 8+ years in Tier 3 Support, SRE, or AI/ML Engineering with Mandarin fluency and availability for rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Google Cloud Platform
- Gemini
- fluent in Mandarin
- Vertex AI (Pipelines, Endpoints, Vector Search)
- Gemini APIs
- Agentic architectures (Function Calling, Agent Development Kit, Agent Builder)
- Solid understanding of how ML model deployments interact with BigQuery, IAM, Cloud Storage, and VPCs
- Excellent interpersonal ability to manage P1/P2 crises
