Job Summary
Set up, configure, and optimize Google Analytics 4 properties, including event tracking, goals, and reporting. Audit existing GA4 configurations for accuracy and integrate the platform with Drupal and HubSpot to ensure seamless data collection. Generate custom reports and dashboards tailored to business needs while troubleshooting data integration issues across these systems. Provide actionable insights from analytics to inform website improvements and marketing strategies. Communicate fluently in English to interact effectively with team members and clients. Manage a flexible workload of 5-20 hours per week on a retainer basis, with a lead time of 12 weeks for requests.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ Years of proven expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, configuration, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Drupal CMS, including module integration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in HubSpot, especially in marketing automation and reporting
- Understanding of data integration between platforms like GA4, Drupal, and HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
- Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing
