Goodwill Portsmouth Retail Associate

Greet customers and provide an excellent customer experience. Roles include Donation Specialist, Production Specialist, and Sales Associate. Responsibilities include greeting donors and accepting/sorting donations, guiding donations to the pricing team, deciding which items to accept, pricing and preparing donations for the sales floor, operating the register, stocking merchandise, managing fitting rooms, and fostering a friendly environment for customers and coworkers. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, a criminal background check, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Education preferred includes a High School diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent; prior retail experience or relevant certification is a plus.
