Job Summary
Cashiers and Production Associates needed at Kalispell Goodwill. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting donors, stocking and displaying merchandise, replenishing stock, processing donations, and assisting with the donation door; Production Associates meet daily production goals and prepare merchandise for sale. Requires physical work including standing, bending, lifting 20-100 pounds, and tolerance of temperature changes; schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation
- Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance
- Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community
- Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- All positions require the completion of a background check
