Job Summary
Lead by example, motivating your team with energy and positivity while analyzing business performance to implement strategies for improvement. Ensure smooth store operations by managing staffing, scheduling, customer service, and sales, alongside optimizing inventory flow and product rotation. Foster a supportive, collaborative environment through effective hiring, training, and team motivation while supporting company-wide initiatives. Complete two months of in-depth training at a Salt Lake City market store followed by one month of hands-on experience across multiple locations. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with up to 25% travel to different store locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or comparable management
- Strong Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Adaptability and Time Management
- Able to lift and carry 20–100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and humidity levels
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
- Willingness to travel to different store locations (up to 25%)
Desired Qualifications
- Retail and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with computers, internet use, and various software programs
- Experience with profit and loss, sales, or cost management preferred
