Job Summary
Goods Flow Assistant (Picking & Replenishment) provides assistance in completing logistics tasks in the store, utilizing IKEA systems and equipment to maximise stock availability and data integrity. Responsible for executing goods flow operations in assigned areas, contributing to lean, efficient processes, ensuring high product availability for customers, and complying with health, safety, and security guidelines. Requires 1-2 years in warehouse/logistics, forklift certification or similar skills, and ability to work ~40 hours per week in a part-time role at IKEA Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Works collaboratively with the Goods Flow Team to meet goals and adapt to changes in daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations
- Forklift Certification or relevant forklift operation skills
