Job Summary
Operate the dishwasher to ensure clean and sanitized dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils for food service. Sort and stack dishes and glassware appropriately while working with kitchen staff to maintain continuous flow of clean items. Keep the kitchen and dish washing area clean, organized, and safe by assisting with general cleaning duties and disposing of garbage and food waste. Report any equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor. This day time role at Good Evans in Lincoln (Pine Lake) requires adherence to health and safety standards, the ability to work under pressure, and a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Previous experience is preferred, and training will be provided to the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in hot/cold environments
- Must adhere to all health and safety standards and guidelines as instructed by the supervisor
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher is preferred but not required
