Gondola Operator II - Summer 2026

Gondola Operator Level 2 responsible for safe, efficient operation of the gondola and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include monitoring guests and the lift, directing guests on/off, enforcing safety and operating procedures, radio communication with Dispatch, performing daily checks and logs, incident and deficiencies reporting, and providing training and support to coworkers. Requires an outgoing, customer-focused attitude, flexibility for weekends/holidays/nights, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and good English communication. Skiing or snowboarding is an asset but not required; competency testing may apply for work on designated runs. This is a seasonal, hourly role at Sunshine Village in Banff, AB, Canada.
