Job Summary
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to liaise between clients and golf venues, booking all trip elements including destinations, hotels, and added extras like carts. Identify customer requirements through effective questioning, advise on unique selling points to drive sales and upsells, and confirm availability with reservation departments. Maintain product knowledge via ongoing training while consistently working toward individual and team targets. This fast-paced role requires strong time management, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for golf to thrive in our competitive, incentive-driven environment.
