Job Summary
Plan and develop golf instruction programs for private students, group participants, the Junior Academy, and Learning Center activities. Deliver teaching and coaching for summer camps, corporate clinics, and on-course events while utilizing video analysis and club-fitting techniques. Supervise practice facilities, maintain teaching inventory, and assist instructors with administrative tasks, student tracking, and marketing. Represent the facility in the community through promotional activities and program development.
Required Qualifications
- PGA/LPGA Class A Member or PGA/LPGA Associate working towards membership
- dedicated golf instructor with minimum 1 years related experience in golf instruction and club-fitting techniques
- Teaching & coaching experience in all aspects of the game of golf
- exceptional communication skills
- Highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly
- extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter
Desired Qualifications
