Job Summary
Support daily golf operations by managing tee sheets, coordinating golf carts and player services, and ensuring the course is clean and ready for guests. Provide leadership to the Golf Operations team by assigning tasks, supervising staff, and training team members. Monitor pace of play, address operational issues, and communicate course conditions and weather updates to the team. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns while maintaining knowledge of resort amenities and golf services. Report guest issues, accidents, and equipment problems to management and assist with inventory and departmental supplies. Work weekends, holidays, and early mornings during the mid-March to October season.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings based on business needs.
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of golf and passion for the sport.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous golf, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
