Job Summary
Kick off guests' rounds at the first tee and assist them throughout their game as a Starter and Marshal. Offer consistent, professional, engaging, and friendly customer service while maintaining cohesive communication with the Golf Professional Staff. Provide course information, assist in maintaining proper pace of play, and enforce club rules and regulations. Facilitate charges for cart fees and guest fees using proficient computer and POS systems. Work part-time shifts from mid-March to November, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills
- Proficient and adaptable to different computer programs and POS systems
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Must have golf knowledge and experience
- Must be able to work weekends, holiday and/or evening shifts
