Job Summary
Coordinate simulator installations across EMEA regions, managing end-to-end processes from preparation and travel logistics to final handovers and documentation. Assemble and configure systems according to company standards while troubleshooting on-site challenges and acting as the primary contact between customers and project teams. Conduct equipment demonstrations, guide basic system setups, and maintain organized work environments. Requires extensive international travel, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in installation, field service, technical assembly, construction, carpentry, AV systems, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region
- Physical ability to perform installation and equipment-handling tasks
- A valid driver's license
- Location: Europe (extensive travel across the EMEA region required)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience installing simulator systems, sports technology, AV equipment, or similar technical products
- Basic IT, networking, or software setup experience
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Experience conducting customer training or product demonstrations
- Experience working in an international environment
