Job Summary
The Golf Shop Attendant at Potomac Shores Golf Club will assist with daily management of golf operations, including golfer check-in, fee collection, and maintaining a clean golf shop. Responsibilities also include supporting golf professionals during tournaments, overseeing member records, managing point of sales applications, and promoting club golf activities. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma, be motivated to excel in the golf industry, have strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate a customer-focused attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Motivated to thrive in the golf industry
- Experienced in written and oral business communication
- Experienced in computer user including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Publisher
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to promote and market
- Service and customer focused attitude
- Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community
Desired Qualifications
- Previous golf course and/or retail experience
- Some college or college degree or equivalent experience
