Job Summary
Golf Shop Attendant needed to deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop, assist customers with merchandise selections, manage inventory, process charges at the register, handle tee-time bookings, and support golf operations and events. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized, visually appealing shop; overseeing inventory and displays; processing returns and credits; assisting with course operations and coordination with pro-shop and golf operations staff; providing professional, courteous service to members and guests; and supporting administrative tasks for the Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service/retail experience with knowledge of golf merchandise, equipment, POS systems, and cash handling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, with a basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette
