Job Summary
Welcome golfers, process charges at the register, and check in players before rounds while delivering exceptional customer service. Manage tee-time bookings in person and over the phone, handle member inquiries, and oversee inventory by checking merchandise, organizing storage, and maintaining stock levels. Support course operations by marshaling and starting rounds, execute end-of-day business functions, and restock the pro-shop to ensure a visually appealing environment. Adhere to cash handling procedures, process returns, and assist the Head Golf Professional and Tournament Coordinators with event execution. Work weekends and holidays as needed to meet operational deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail
- basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Familiarity with basic cash handling procedure
- Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity
- Sitting, standing, walking, climbing/ladders, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending
