Golf Shop Attendant

Assist members with booking tee times, registering for club events, and resolving monthly statement issues. Process daily billing for golf events and member play using the POS system while answering phone inquiries and servicing member needs in the Golf Shop. Promote club leagues and events to members both in person and via phone. Handle daily opening and closing procedures, display and sell merchandise, and communicate with outside operations regarding tee time updates or member changes. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional. This role requires weekend availability and strong customer service skills within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
