Job Summary
Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info needed to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience. Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players make the most of their visit. Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game. Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting by tidying the retail area and maintaining safety and sanitation standards in the guest services area. Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, including carrying golf bags across multiple floor levels, while remaining on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment.
