Job Summary
Manage bag drop and assist members with clubs, directing them to simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, or fitness facilities. Maintain pristine presentation of the putting green and common outdoor/indoor areas, assisting service and golf professional staff with quick facility upkeep between member groups. Step in to assist with golf shop duties, manage member locker rooms, and ensure an elite standard of cleanliness throughout the facility. Work collaboratively across departments to uphold core values and ensure a seamless club visit for every guest. Requires previous clubhouse or premium hospitality experience, outstanding communication skills, and availability for flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends.
