Job Summary
Provide friendly Golf Services and Guest Services to Players and Playmakers at Topgolf Lafayette. Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations, explain venue details, gameplay, and current promotions, and help guests select and use golf clubs/equipment. Maintain a clean, inviting venue, support safety and sanitation standards, and embody Topgolf values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) while thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Flexible hours include day/nights/weekends; roles emphasize teamwork, positive attitude, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.
